You do not have to spend a fortune on footwear. We recommend that you wear a trainer that provides adequate support and are comfortable to wear.
Light clothing suitable for exercise such as a tracksuit, shorts, leggings and t-shirts. For women we would suggest a very good support bra.
Water, water, water, smile, smile, smile.
You need to have eaten a light meal at least an hour before class. If you are hungry and haven’t had a chance to eat then we suggest a snack such as an apple or a cereal bar.
Straight after! You are still burning calories and need to refuel.
The number of calories burnt during an exercise class varies from person to person. A lot depends on your body parameters (type, composition, intensity, range of motion). On average you can expect to burn at least 600 calories in our classes!
